Troop 610 is a member of Bay-Lakes Council. Bay-Lakes Council is one of the larges Boy Scout Councils in the Midwest. They provide programs and services to over 27,000 boys in 35 counties throughout northeast Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Penninsula. They have over 320 Cub Scout Packs, 230 Boy Scout Troops, 90 Venture Crews and 75 Explorer Posts. Over 6,000 adult volunteers in our Council give their time and effort to prepare boys and young men to be the leaders of tomorrow, helping them develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills and citizenship skills that will positively influence their decisions as adults.
The Bay-Lakes Council is comprised of eight districts, in 21 counties in northeast Wisconsin, and 14 counties (all but Gogebic) in Michigan's Upper Penninsula. Troop 610 is part of the Twin Lakes District.
