The pinewood derby is one of the most popular and successful family activities in Cub Scouting. Pinewood derby cars are small wooden models that Cub Scouts make with help from their families. Then they race the cars in competition. The cars are powered by gravity and run down a track.
Our Pack Pinewood Derby Race is Saturday, February 11, 2017. The race will be held at New Berlin Road Church, 2351 New Berlin Rd.
Car inspection and weigh in begins at 10:00am, with the race starting at 10:30am.
Winners from our Pack Derby go on to compete in the District Pinewood Derby held in April.
Please Remember: Wheels must be BSA approved wheels or your scout will be disqualified from racing. Make sure to check your wheels for the BSA Trademark.
